Round Up Steakhouse - Fairbanks

Ordered Nachos, which on the menu states verbatim choose steak or chicken, layered Nachos topped with beans, cheese tomatoes onions olives sour cream and guacamole 16 bucks and this is what I received. Some dry chips and unseasoned ground beef. When I called back the completely unhelpful Mitchell said that is what I asked for. I said Nachos. I never said I wanted just chips and dry ground beef. He said he voided it but I still have yet to see the money go back onto my card. Completely ridiculous. Here we are 6 months later. I never got my money back or an apology. The owners of the **** hole should be ashamed of themselves.

Went for dinner and it took 15 minutes to get a menu then another 45 minutes for the food. Ordered a cheese steak with curly fries. It was the $18.00 14in cheese steak and you could have put more meat in a hamburger bun and the bun was so hard on top at actually crumbled when i squeezed it and the curly fries was obviously the bottom of the bag there was not one curly fry on my plate! To sum it up the service was horrible and the food was so disappointing even after the manager said she would take it off my bill i told her to just take it off the table!!

When we (3) arrived at 2:30 PM on a Saturday, there was one booth with 2 people in the whole place. When their order came, some of it was wrong and had to be redone. In the meanwhile, we are waiting for our food. 90 minutes later our food arrived. The waitress never came and apologized for taking so long or checked on everything after we got our food. Took forever for her to bring our bill and collect for it. And they won't busy. Never again.

When you walk in you have the huge bar area to your left and a smaller area for the restaurant. the benches/seats in the booths have tears in them and the seating sinks down when you sit down as if you 're in a hole. service was good, hot food was hot. while the salad bar could 've been better for a steak house. what got me was being charged for a glass of water. i have never had this happen before. parking lot is riddled with potholes and mud.

Went for breakfast at 8 am, good food but god it smells so bad in there I wanted to leave before my food got there and it gave me a headache it was so bad, stale beer and stale cigarette smoke. Noticed there was a huge ventilation system in the building but they said the owner says it cost too much to run it , GROSS! talk about shooting yourself in the foot
