Pizza Hut - Fairbanks

If I could give 0 stars I would! DONT go here. We ordered twice, and twice we were told they didnt sell the item we ordered (which was a pizza and wings. . The first time we were told that we would get a gift card for the inconvenience and we never got it, so when we came in the second time they messed up they said no, we can’t get the gift card because the boy didn’t tell anyone. So unprofessional.

Tonight I had a terrible experience with this pizza hat. I had an order for 9:45 to come 721 N Regional Rd 2. Building and I sat and waited from 9:40 to 9:55, what if I finally called, and they claimed that the driver came here and nobody answered the door and they also claimed they called my phone. My phone didn't get any calls and that's a business, so there's a security officer on every door who said no driver came here. This is an inescapable and totally unacceptable service. Even the person who answered the phone claimed that the crew was rude and I agree.

Not even in this place. I'm honestly glad there's a PH restaurant where I can sit down or get the lunch buffet. Most places are now only running/executing. I ordered chicken wings with Ranch/Extra Ranch. It took 10 minutes, served hot with 2 ranches as desired. I'll be back.

Pizza Hut's pizza is its own variety. It is not the disc you get in Brooklyn, but it is very good and quite expensive. If you do the way you do pizza, this location of Guilford College is always a good choice. I hope there are plans to redesign this special restaurant. It has been for many decades, and it looks and feels (and sometimes smells) old and neglected.

We were in a mood. Ordered a medium size paprika pizza with extra pepperoni for $14. We're hungry. Waited there for 15 minutes for our little pizza. It felt forever. The staff had a minimum. Smile, take our name, leave us alone. What really brings this review to three stars, in the same night we have found the same middle pizza for $8 at Pizza Huts website! If we had known about the order, we would have asked for a price comparison. We'll reach them. What's going on? At least the pizza was hot.
