Lin's Asian Bistro - Fairbanks

Came here 30 minutes before it was closed and treated as if I came at the beginning of the day. music from the 1940s game, beautiful interieur and great service. I got the singapore curry reisnudel because I was curious and I was pleasantly surprised. yummy unmistakable aromas, large part, served cake hot. the mood here and the service is great. they have darkened. I'm coming back to eat.

We ordered the chicken appetitor with erdnusssauce, FBI sushi roll, lo my, sesamen, kung pao, bark brokkoli, Mongolian beef combination dinner, with a fried egg roll, my, fried rice, suppe choice (hot sour, wonton, eidrim or nebel, garnelura. they get a generous part of the food and is better than most Chinese food in the Fairbanks area. many thanks to that they are open and running during the holidays.

Service was good and fast. it was okay. Pupu-Platter quality and quantity was somewhat disappointing. tofu with sweet was delicious. pork jelly strips could use a little more taste.

Asked for pad thai without dress or garnel. I've got chicken on it. the mistsuppe was also not large. beautiful building though.

One of our favorite Fairbanks restaurants. Their food is always good and they have plenty of choices for Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. I love their shrimp and veggie tempura. For something different, try the honey-walnut shrimp, it's great!
