Lavelle's Bistro - Fairbanks

I heard so many good reviews of this restaurant so we decided to try it. I'm in love! the chefs know their aromes! we ordered crab, chicken champignon and steak and we loved them all! the steak was exceptionally delicious! ceasar salat was the best I still had! desserts were phenomenal. the food made our hearts so happy! I am 9 months pregnant and was not comfortable at the table where they sat, so we asked for another table and they did it work even though it was a very busy night. we will definitely come back to lavelle.

Our first night in alaska we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. that was delicious. the healed was so fresh and fluffy. we have the appetizer version and it was plentiful. we also tried the artichoke and crab dive. it was so good that it did not take for a photo! the French was rich and tasteful. my son liked his beef tips and my daughter gave the mac and cheese 8/10. overall we enjoyed our meal times.

Large raised lounge and restaurant. decor is up to date and eat and service is fantastic. lurking has been looking for us a great job. we had the potato-crusted lachs with a side salad and the scallops with spinat and corpus. so delicious. cocktails and beer were also very good. I would recommend to sit on the side of the dining, as the hoods in the kitchen do not clean up the kitchen smells so that we had this smell on our clothes after our departure. the open kitchen is next to the lounge.

Elaborate? yes. but they get what they pay and the service quality experience is worth every penny. noisy? yes, at peak times, but for the style of the restaurant and no dress code, its acceptable and its sign of a successful food. yes ish, but a total of 2 hours for apps, entree, dessert, drinks and coffee and no children flew by with my braut. enjoy their company. delicious? absolute. three times in the last 2 years have been here and have never been disappointed. we had changes to the plate order (i.e. keep the blue cheese) and it was served properly. new favorite is the lobster cake app! to die. - here? yes! make reservation. celebrate birthday, jubilee or promotion in style of lavelle!

Tucked away in the Springhill Suites, this place is a good place to eat. They're always busy but know how to host. The food is always good, never having a bad meal yet. Update: Came back tonight to try the salmon. As expected was delicious! Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. Our server, Shelby, was prompt and always timely. Changing to 5 stars. I don't believe there's anything here that you wouldn't enjoy!
