They have the best service in the world. I congratulate you, one of the best attentions and you do your best to have a happy customer. Today I had ordered for uber eats and I thought my order would never arrive, but I called the restaurant and they resolved it in the best possible way. Thank you very much for the excellent attention. Definitely 5 stars

The pizza I ordered was not what I received. I ordered peperoni, olive, mushroom and pineapple. What I received was green pepper, mushroom and pineapple. Door Dash was amazing on getting a refund since Great Alaska Pizza wouldn't fix the order and redeliver it. The pizza itself was good. Crust was definitely homemade. Sauce was a bit bland however.

The person on the phone was rude when taking my wife 's order. I went inside to pick up the pizza and I asked the guy how 's your day going? and he starts telling me that he 's having a bad day, etc etc. I don 't think a customer wants to hear those things. Disappointed with the service. The food was decent.

One of the worst pizzas I've had in years. Was told it was thick crust. It was not. Asked for light sauce. Got virtually none. The toppings were skimpy. To make matters worse... It was expensive.

Literally awful service. They messed up our doordash order so we drove there to pick up the items they forgot. They refused to give us the item they forgot even though we showed the receipt and had proof of payment. They said we needed to pay for it again. Everyone else in there finally understood that we didn’t need a refund we just needed what we paid for and they forgot. One of the cooks came up and argued with us that we still needed to pay for it was refusing to give us the food.
