Cork Knife - Fairbanks Ranch

Came here with my partner the other day for a quick cheeseboard. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. I would say this is the best place to get good cheese in Escondido. I just wish you guys had carrot marmalade and black garlic salami, but the holy cow, Fig jam Soppressata made up for it. Cute little place tucked away in a private alley. Very friendly staff. They have a wide selection of meat, cheese and wine. Perfect for a date or girls day. Highly recommend!
