Hakata Teppanyaki, Sushi, And Ramen

Staffs are nice and friendly. But our chef was really not a skilled one. The food was not good. He dropped 2 eggs in our fried rice with shell…. ? but everyone is super nice in the restaurant. Just the food can be much better. The whole restaurant could also use more air filter or air vent, it was verrry Smokey. We also waited for about an hour when the host told us a 15 minute wait. It wasn’t because there was a long line, it was just the chef are resting and they just let us wait.

We had Quince as our chef tonight, he was amazing! He even got two teenage girls and a 10 year old to have a good time! The food was fresh and delicious, but the chef and our waitress truly made it a great evening!

A lot of delicious food served hot and fast!! Everybody was so friendly!!

The service was excellent and atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable! The chef and staff did an excellent job. I may be critical of my food but I didn’t enjoy the harsh taste of the ramen soup base/spice or the chicken piece. The chicken very likely picked up too much of the soup base which overpowered it. I completely understand the concept “the price is what the price is” but it was pricey. Likely will not return and would not be comfortable recommending.

Waitress was a bit slow on drink refills but food was excellent...as always! Alex is the best Chef! We will always request him!
