Yesterday, one of the staff went to where his mask was pulled down. He knew his nose with his hands and never washed them. I'm so glad I never ate anything from this place.

I wouldn't give any stars to this place. My experience here was terrible. Like many of the previous reviews, the owner / manager is very unprofessional, rude and down right respectless. His customer service is less than acceptable. My family and I ordered two chicken cheese steaks only to be flew away and told to wait for our order for 20 minutes while two other customers came and received their order, after the manager's explanation that order was wrong, we were met with disgusting and rude comments and behavior. We do not eat red meat, so in no way was the order of a regular cheese steak and a chicken correct. He then told us what? you can't read? He refused to repay our money or correct our order. In the meantime we had two hungry little children with us and left without food or refund. He insisted that we have ordered something that we did not try to stop at that time because of his mistake. I have experienced such a terrible customer service and therefore I would never eat here again.

The owner here is one of the most rude owners I've ever seen. A true example of how you do not treat your customers. No respect for customer service and with his language was very flagrant when I asked for a refund. Thank God I was calm all the time. Don't go here. I don't expect him to be in business for so long.

NOT YOU! I saw the man drop the bread and put it in the oven to serve the customer. Also his spatula fell into the garbage and he still used it! I don't know what the attitude is for, but I definitely have my money back!

The food is good but the owner is very rude. Been there twice, and both times he was rude to me. Not sure the food is worth the attitude. He might sell more sandwiches if he was nicer.
