The Twisted Oak - Exeter

This is a great place to eat, we had a table of 12 people and three dogs here today, food was great, no Kalvarienberg today but the Chili can carne was very nice, many people with dogs and the staff make them very welcome, brought over a bowl of water for the dogs and we did not have to ask, also offered some treats for them, but we had our own, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, had not been here. We'll be back soon.

5 of us had a wonderful experience in Twisted Oak. the staff was great and the food excellently cooked. Because of my chemotherapy I had to ask for only shrimps for starters and main course, they are happily committed to making me very happy that I had not been able to eat the huge part they served. I can't recommend it very enough

Absolutely beautiful pub! The staff could not have been more accommodating or friendly. They were very patient with us when ordering, laughing and joker with us and made us so welcome. The food was delicious and you get a lot for your money. They had no problems packing our leftovers for us, and we were absolutely filled! Beautiful conservatory, very whimsical with all flowers and lights. Do not hesitate to recommend and will be visited again

I recently booked this place for my mother's wake up last year and the baby shower of my daughter. It is a beautiful place, the conservatory is absolutely stunning, decorated with colorful flowers and fairy lights. I asked a buffet for both occasions and the food was nice. The cake selection was really nice and went well with the guests. The staff was brilliant and could not do enough for us. Very recommended

Popped in on a Sunday for lunch and we’ve already decided to go back soon! Such a lovely pub with a lovely atmosphere. Decorated really nicely for Christmas and the carvery was delicious!
