Nando's - Exeter

Popped in today with my wife and some friends before heading to the cinema and planned it with plenty of time to spare ordered our food and drinks no problem then we continued to wait for over an hour for our food which ment we missed the 1st part if the film we had booked to see and when the food did finally come it was Luke warm at best, when they served us they didn’t serve the full table the brought mine and my wife’s and the friend had to wait an extra 10 minutes for there food in which time we had finished ours, needs serious man management or maybe employing more staff… think I can honestly say it was my 1st possibly last time Il he visiting that store.. not impressed

Clearly understaffed as we had to wait an hour for a table because they couldn't clear them and waited 55 minutes for food to come after we ordered only for 2 people and one meal was wrong food. The staff wer q nice enough and the food was ok.

I took my son in for his end of school year treat. Food was delicious, so devoured by a ravenous 12 year old, The staff were welcoming, friendly and service was fab. Will definitely come in again, thank you!

1. Olives for starters were served with main meal,defeating the purpose for ordering starters. 2. 10 peri hot wings served burnt. 3. Bottomless drinks had ran out and instead dispensing sour flavoured water for sprite and dirty coloured water, for Coca-Cola. This affected lots of customers and was only resolved literally on our way out, when the manager explained something about having ran out of sirope. Makes me appreciate the nandos in Taunton to a different level.

Came to this store for Father’s Day and I won’t be returning. Drinks came out staggered. Myself, another adult and one of the children’s drinks didn’t come out at 30 minutes. I had to ask 3 times for my drinks. Food again came staggered which was fine. One of the 9 meals was brought out with a side they couldn’t eat and took a long time to replace. Staffs attitude around this wasn’t great. My chicken was stone cold and had to be returned. No apologies for any mistakes or delays were made.
