The restaurant boasts a delightful atmosphere, although during peak hours it can become quite bustling. To ensure easy access to the buffet fridge and food selection, I recommend arriving before the rush. I would rate the atmosphere at a commendable 9/10. The servers at Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu have consistently displayed a helpful and friendly attitude. Their attentiveness is remarkable, as they frequently check on patrons' needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience. The servers deserve a solid rating of 9/10 for their exceptional service. When it comes to the cuisine, Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu excels. The hotpot offerings include a variety of delectable soups to choose from, with my personal favorites being the spicy soup and the kimchee option. The buffet fridge is consistently well-stocked with a wide array of food for your soup to choose from, ensuring a satisfying hotpot experience. Without hesitation, I rate the food a flawless 10/10. The quality and taste never fail to impress. Regarding the location, I would assign it an 8/10 rating. The area can be quite busy, as the restaurant shares parking with the adjacent Foodland Supermarket. It is advisable to plan accordingly due to the consistently high demand for parking. In summary, my overall experience with Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu warrants a rating of 9/10. This establishment truly shines, especially within the Kapolei area. Undoubtedly, it remains my preferred hot pot destination in Hawaii

Great place for all you can eat shabu shabu! Just head to the fridge and grab whatever seafood you want to toss in your pot. Pretty decently priced if you just steak to the meats and not focus on the noodles so much.

First timer for my family boyfriend, 100% everything!! Good customer service quick to bring everything out. I had mushroom broth which was amazing plus portions of meat is big so one order will be good for one to two people depending how hungry you are lol
