Burger King In P - eville

My favorite BK location in the area. Very friendly counter staff, always get my order right. Sometimes a little slow, but quality takes time. Love me some BK! UPDATE: I continue to get incorrect orders and huge lines of waiting customers at this location. Rock Hill has taken the top BK spot for me now. Not worth the trip here anymore.

Had takeout 2 previous nights. Bad the first time. Tried again because I’ve always enjoyed Burger King. Got even worse. I got the fiery mozzarella sticks and fiery chicken fries. The mozzarella sticks were so over done and old that I did not know if I was eating the mozzarella sticks or chicken fries. Asked for buffalo sauce with my order. It was missing the sauce so I went inside to grab it. Was handed 2 by a round young man working the register. Told him I had 4 total for my order. He gave me a look as if I was attempting robbery. Don’t know if the buffalo sauce is liquid gold or if the round man was saving it all for himself. Thankfully a manager walked by and gave me what I ordered. Unless you need Burger King save your money and go somewhere else there are a ton of better options nearby. Won’t be back for a long time

Terrible customer service, After a long day at work, I pull through the drive thru at 11:55 PM to order a Sandwich, they told me they are closed I told the lady it’s still 5 mins she then say ok what can I get you, I ordered and then a random guy pops out of nowhere and say it will take me 6 mins to prepare that so it will be 12:01 and we close at 12 so I can’t we are closed. PS the car right in front of me got their order. Terrible Customer Service
