Buffalo Wild Wings - Evansville

We ate on a Monday night, so the restaurant was quite empty. Service was friendly and fast. The apps came out as fast as our meal. Everything was delicious. Only the problem are the toilets, they have to be waited more often!

We've dined at this location 4 times (2 dine in and 2 online orders). This time was the final straw. After an hour and a half, we went to pick up our order, which was given away to someone else. We waited as multiple other customers came in and had issues with their orders as well. Nearly 45 minutes later, we get our food and when we got home, you could tell the food had sat under a heat lamp way too long. The fries were inedible, the boneless wings were overcooked, the regular wings were lukewarm, and my wife's order was wrong. I understand having a bad night, but the service and food at this location has been consistently poor each visit. We won't be returning.

When I first came in, I thought we wouldn't get a big service, as it took a minute to get space, but a server soon sat after us and explained that they had no hosts. I understand, I've been working with Bdubs. Our server, Jake, and please tell him that I said that came to our table immediately and brought us everything we wanted. Our food came clean, our server pre-bussed, and he gave us the perfect time between check-ins! My drinks were never empty and I got everything I needed in time. Perfect service! I'll ask him in the future, and everyone else should.

That was our first time. The food was really good and we ordered the lunch special for $8, and you get 6 boneless wings, frits and a drink, so I thought that was a good price. The service was also good. The place was very loud and tvs play sports. What is great if you love sports, I didn't lol and nobody seemed to pay any attention to the TVs either. We were there at noon and were not so busy at all!

Long wait, both sitting and serving. Once it came out, the food tasted fat and was served hot. The Bretzel appetizers were amazing. Nice atmosphere.
