Tomate Fresh Kitchen - Evanston

There are numerous one-of-a-kind vegan burrito choices available, and you can easily request some without cheese. My favorite is the fried tofu burrito.

It is a northwest and northern Evanston clamp and a great place for good, affordable lunch. I've been here almost once a week for five years. Your Burritos are delicious with several vegetarian options. Over the years I have grown to love the sweet potatoes and the tofu burrito, and every time in a while I order the Yucca or the spicy mushrooms. They also give you a standard red salsa, but if I asked for it, I also got either a salsa verde or a spicy salsa. If there's a place I'd eat again in Evanston, it would be. I think their Burritos are the second I had in Mexico City. It is a great mix of heat, fat, salt and acidity and its taste is consistent in the last 5 years. I love their new online ordering system, it is faster and more organized than their original system, where you go to the store and stand in a line to place an order. The older system was chaotic. The online system has some problems occasionally, but it is quite reliable and convenient. It's just out and during the summer they have a few chairs outside, I've never seen the outside seats empty! All in all, amazing place, fantastic service and great food.

We love Tomate Fresh! The tacos and burritos are super fresh and delicious. We pick up or have delivered at least once a week. The Aqua Fresca and Chili relleno burrito Combo is very satisfied.

I love the food, everything I tried was very delicious. A close friend of mine visited and is very incompatibility of gluten, this is one of the few restaurants that the care is taken to ensure that her food is safe and she could enjoy her dinner without getting sick. I particularly like that they have highlighted the allergy notes on the ticket. I was unable to ask from them on the phone about allergies, but I could use the chat feature on their Google list that was fast and easy!

Man, the salsa in this place is kind of super great on her Burritos. (I usually don't add salsa to a burrito right here.
