Sarpino's Pizzeria Evanston

Usually food is okay, but today was an epic mistake. Pizza was boiled, wet dough, little to without sauce, very little cheese. They offered a discount on the next order, but not sure whether they meant it. They did not ask for details to make sure that they have the discount the next time there is a next time.

It must be something wrong with the quality of the ingredients at this Evanston site or cleanliness of the property or employee procedures. I was here yesterday Thursday 11/10/2022 and I ordered personal pizza with steak meat, onions and green peppers. After eating the pizza soon later I got so sick on my stomach and rushed to find a laundry room. The whole day was my stomach full of pain. The pizza was very small and it was very hard to distinguish ingredients between them because I can now say that they are not fresh, no taste or smell difference only generic pizza worse then frozen. I ate pizzas from different places and around the world, but this was really bad. I got many flyers from this Sarpinos pizza brand to my mailbox, and that was my first opportunity to try, but I would never eat anything from this Sarpinos brand safely.

The first time I ordered some food from here, it is not bad, but the man is a little overpriced, it basically cost me $50 for 2 regular pizzas that are 10, which means they are not that big, you will not be full when everything is a personal pizza. I'm sorry, but although it tasted good, it's not worth the price, in my opinion, you would get a bigger pizza in other places for the same amount of money. Now I'm still hungry and from $50...

Sarpino?s pizzeria is everything! So much appreciated by customer service! Very recommended place for pizza and other snacks! The first time you tried this place! I ordered their famous and best seller special pizza and also cinnamon sticks and drinks. I am really impressed by its quality and texture. The taste is also incredibly great! You will absolutely love their menu, full of affordable offers, and you can buy everything you want on the menu at such fair prices. Customer service here is great! All employees are good, personal and decent. They are always ready to help their customers and entertain them. They really do their job right. Everybody works so fast. Being great people! Excellent customer service! Orders are always served correctly and accurately. Kudos to all employees! This place is soothing, relaxing, and the atmosphere inside gives you a good mood. Although the place is very busy, it is really worth a visit! They can still do their best to support and satisfy any customer they have. Sarpino? Pizzeria is really amazing! Last night we order pizza 2 xl and 1 small and it cost 75 which is not problem but the pizza came after more than hour and it's cold . my brother in low called to let the Manger know about he said I can't do anything about ! Really . what kind of manger is that . Manger should solve problems not give Attitude . worst experience ever
