Pizza Hut Express - Evanston

20 minutes to lunch. does not even look like the PHU system is always on the program. why pizza claim hut express if they do not use pizza hat?

My man loved pizza hat as a child and had nostalgie. at a random weekend we ordered from this place. we called in our order for a detroit style sausage and mushroom and picked our pizza in 15 minutes. we had no problems with our ordering and our pizza came to us hot and fresh. we never had Detroit style pizza, but I guess this version adds sauce right above. I had no problem with it. I'm just not used to serving pizza like that. living in chicagoland, there is a tonne pizza place and the competition for the best pizza compound is intense. not exactly a walk, but for the chain pizza it is decent and affordable.

Hands down the best position they are always humble and courteous and eating is always on point

The delivery car called from the car and wanted me to meet the car. (this is not a delivery). when I called the restaurant of the manager, janet said that the drivers do not have to deliver to the door because of covid. she was rude and hung up. I never got my order. do not order from here it is a waste of time

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I had originally ordered for pizza to be delivered to My son and his friends. The pizza guy showed up almost 3 hours later after the pizza set in his car the manager showed up 10 minutes after he did with the fresh pizzas we asked for and they were all wrong. So she gave me a $30 credit and we are finally using it today just to show up to pick up our pizzas and they're completely wrong and when I said to her these or not the right pizzas, she goes I repeated to order and that's what she said, first of all I'm the one who placed the order so I know what I ordered, second of all we had a $30 credit she gave me three pizzas for $21. Not even completing what I ordered I would never order from this restaurant again.
