Leonidas Cafe Chocolaterie - Evanston

Such a smashing place!!! I always think to myself WHY DON’T I COME HERE EVERY WEEK? whenever I go to Leonidas. You just feel like you’re in a little European oasis and it’s so cozy and warm. Plus the crepes CANNOT BE BEAT! Do yourself a favor and get over there to buy some yummy chocolate treats for the special person in your life, too. And yes, that special person could be YOU!!!

Great for coffee and baked goods. Lots of tables and some comfy chairs in the front window. Chocolate is outstanding too. The little eggs with pink foil have pop rocks inside to give the chocolate a unique texture experience.

Its a trendy little place. The staff are friendly and pretty quick getting drinks out. Its neat being able to glance back into the kitchen to see the chocolates being made. The euro music really elevates the vibe. Its definitively my go to coffee place now that I'm working in the area.

Excited to try this place for the first time walked in before closing and was told the shop was closed.

My husband and I came in for the first time last week and we loved our experience! Jenna was super helpful answering our questions about different drinks and crepe options! I got the vegetarian crepes and he got the salmon crepes and they were both excellent! I usually only like sweet crepes, but these were great! We both enjoyed our cafe drinks as well.
