We absolutely love e2b! It's such a refreshing experience to enjoy delicious food, large coffee servings, and a lovely atmosphere all within a cozy and quirky space. The fact that it's located in beautiful Evans makes it even better. It's always worth the trip, especially when you can relax with a nice bath and then indulge in nourishing, tasty dishes. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10. You won't regret visiting!

I absolutely adored this hidden gem of a restaurant! They have a lovely little outdoor seating area as well as indoor dining. The coffee was excellent, and they offer two types of soy milk, so just be sure to specify if you want Bonsoy. The food was fantastic! The staff was really busy, but our meals came out in a timely manner. There's a great menu with plenty of choices, and the Panko-Crusted Dish was to die for! It’s truly one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I would recommend it to everyone!
