Sparkys Roadhouse Cafe - EUREKA SPRINGS

Sparky's is a wonderful place to see with lots of fun decorations and great service. We had the special that was chicken enchiladas that were probably the best I had ever served with rice and beans and salsa. We also had the grilled chicken salad, which was also very good. Our server Sarah could not have been fun anymore! We also had chocolate brownie a lamode and key lime cake that both made home and tasted excellent! Make yourself a favor and stop here next time in Eureka!

This great small diving connection is a must for locals and travelers!! Really cool mood and everyone was welcoming! Server answered all the questions we had, and the food was a big bang for the Buck! We're coming back!

It's worth waiting! Thanks to Covid, they can only have so many people in the building at a time. So you will wait, but the food is delicious and the service is very good. I really liked the atmosphere, but we're pretty relaxed people. Don't want to. The best pig I ever had. Contains the skin cut on hand. Large selection of beer. Jim had tortilla soup with sour bread. Excellent!

A great experience. The drinks were tasty and the burgers juicy and delicious. The spicy burgers had some heat without being overwhelming and the flavor was very good.

We were greeted by a very nice woman as we entered the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and took very good care of us. The burgers are amazing! I got a guacamole burger and my wife got Baxter's BBQ burger. The burgers were delicious. Highly recommend them. Great food, service, and atmosphere.
