This woman is horrible when it comes to customer service. The owner is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever had to conduct business with. I walked in to get an order and she was standing at the register playing on her phone. She never acknowledged my presence. After about five minutes, I asked if my order was ready. Then she says oh now you said 10:40. We every month for our board meeting and everytime we go the order is not ready since she took over. Then we found out that the pork chop was missing from a plate. It only had rice and gravy and cabbage. When I called her back about it. She says, Well y 'all are just eating now. If you would have checked it earlier and let me know that. Can you believe the stupidity and unprofessionalism. That ends our orders with this little rude , unprofessional woman.

Ruby's is a nice qwaint restaurant to go to they have a lot of good menu selections also the service is wonderful, and the people are really nice, and friendly also the environment is well kept up Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
