Starbucks - Euless

This place is godly!!!!!!! Find another coffee house. I went to the drive-thru and ordered a drink with 1% milk because of my IBS. very simple right? Apparently not! The woman who runs the drive-thru continued to be very diligent and rude with me. She always asked, "What do you want?" For 6 dollars of coffee I can go somewhere much more pleasant and accommodating. Save your money and save your mind.

The person who took my order made fun of my order. He started with a strange voice and was very dishonest, his name is Jacob.

When Sandi and I go to Starbucks, we always think about our nephew Skyler Goodwin. He is a Starbucks employee (in Ohio) and thus an alchemist of her magical coffee.

Do not come here very rude and unprofessional! I have a tea and had to wait forever. I was very patient and just wait for them not even to have started my drink and made me totally ridiculous!

I love Starbucks but this location has been giving me trouble for the past 4-5 visits. Last year we had good experiences here but lately (within a two month span) I've received wrong orders and the service has been a little lacking. The lady who took care of us didn't know how to redeem my stars properly, or didn't want to. I'm not sure. It would be okay if she were new or if she showed a little interest in doing so but that wasn't the case. That was this last time I went.
