We eat here often and lately they have gotten so much better about getting everything right...until last night...dun...dun...dun. Argh why is it so hard to...

It's a Taco Bell. What do you want? Everyone here is doing their best. Except when they don't. But you're going to eat it anyway. What are you doing reading a review for Taco Bell? You know how this ends. Eating an obscenely ill-advised amount of cheese and quasi-beef.

After visiting this Taco Bell location for the fourth time and trying every other Taco Bell in Eugene at least twice, I can confidently say that this place consistently serves up the best food.

I have been a loyal customer of this Taco Bell since 1999 when they first moved to this location from Sheldon. I have never been disappointed with their service or food. They have consistently provided excellent service for years. Kudos to the staff and management for a job well done. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two spicy potato soft tacos. I was given two tacos that barely had any potatoes and were missing lettuce and tomatoes.
