I ordered a box of 6 cookies to send to my boyfriend on his birthday, the cookies themselves were good and what I ordered but I was not happy with the ordering process. I wanted the delivery to be a surprise, so I checked the box to tell them not to contact the recipient, and they immediately sent him a text message, ruining the surprise. Additionally, I paid extra for a box saying “happy birthday”, and the cookies arrived in a regular box. They were also delivered 40 minutes before I scheduled it, so overall I would not recommend sending these as a surprise delivery gift!

Ordered a batch of cookies tonight for a work party tomorrow... what I just opened was the proverbial middle finger in a box. I don 't want to serve these to my co-workers. My money would have been much better spent on anything else. Never again.

Good cookies but the girl there forgot our delux and free classic. And we got the bogo half and didn't get even close to what we asked for. Not the end of the world but would have like to try all they had available. Only one was still baking.

I could also track the delivery status on my end. There was a broad variety to choose from, including vegan and gluten-free. You can pay extra to have the cookies individually packed in their own little bag, which I opted to do to make it easier to share. I’m told the cookies were delicious and “super thoughtful”. The cookies showed up about 15 minutes later than they said they would, no big deal.

Don't be tempted, especially through DoorDash. They conduct their own deliveries now. DoorDash doesn't track or handle them. DoorDash will tell you to call the store directly. However, there's no way to get through to the store even with a local number. Just don't do it, especially for a special occasion. Don't.
