The value menu is just that! A great deal, and the food was delicious. Especially the butter pecan syrup.Our server was delightful and efficient!

I walked away for two seconds to go, use the bathroom and came back, and all my food was gone. And then proceeded to get charged full full price for everything after complaining.Literally, the last time I’ll ever step inside of an IHOP all thanks to this one place .
