My husband went to Dunkin? Donuts this morning to get a large hot chocolate just for it to taste like coffee and French vanilla wow how can you mess up a simple order smh

Um why do i come there almost every work day and its a little girl closing and locking the company. And it don't be by closed time smh it was 12 am she locks it and was kids tryna get in dunkin they were not closed they need more experience people datwork more hours or something have a wonderful day look for something else

Rude. The rudest people ever. You are part of the community if you don't want to service the area leave. You are not courteous or friendly or even offer one but if customer service attitude. You got rid of all the black employees who were nice andprovided customer service. You want the money but not give the service. Take a training class or get better family members towork there. I wish I could give you negative 10 stars, you do not deserve any.

STOP IT NOW!!! Went to purchase a Apple Fritter and I got an Apple filled donut. Apple Fritter DOES NOT have apple filling in them. Please advertise correctly!!

This DD is horrible and nothing is ever fresh. I ordered a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee and instead I got an iced coffee that was bitter and tasteless. The iced coffee was warm too. The coffee tasted like it was 2+ days old. When I asked for anotherone, it tasted just as disgusting. Like you could clearly look at the coffee and tell that it was old. I ended asking for ablood orange refresher as a replacement? that tasted just as bad.
