Safran - ETTALONG BEACH

I would describe the food here as refined modern Australian cuisine with a strong Turkish influence. We had a group bday dinner so was a few adults and kids of different ages. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, although not all were perfect still warrants a 5 star review. Food and service were very good.

Love the food, service and atmosphere. The cost of cocktails, in terms of value for money/serving size is the one thing the owners can improve on, to make it an amazing experience. You must leave room for dessert.

Sensational, unique food and fantastic service at this hidden gem. I've never eaten anything quite like it. I've eaten a lot of Turkish food, but nothing as refined as this. We had the scallops, kingfish, zucchini flowers, barramundi, beef rib, mousse and the sarma roll. Everything was amazing. We'll be back next time we're in the Central Coast for sure.

Exceptional dining at Safran , can’t wait to return and try the rest of the menu … Great value for a 3course dinner of this high standard …our waitresses recommend the Turkish Rose which was perfect with the dishes chosen ..highly recommended the wine too… Fortunate to have this standard at our door on the Coast

The Sensational Flavours that we experienced tonight are indescribable. Compliments to the chef If you want to try real food made by a real chef with exquisite ingredients textures then Safran is the place to go. Accompanied by first class waiters waitresses that were serving us smoothly throughout the night ensuring we had the quality dinner time we came for.
