Venue is adorable and the service is provided by Tira the ideal host for a cute little plant based cafe. Sadly, I did not get to try the food because she sells dairy milk for coffee and financing her business would be against my religion. I asked why she was selling bovine death milk and her answer was, we are plant based, not vegan. It 's neither. Here 's hoping she begins to use the term 'plant-based ' correctly since as it stands her signage and sandwich boards are misleading and false. She does offer plant-based milk, but charges more for them. Looking forward to patronizing this business when it honestly becomes a plant-based business. Updated from previous review on 2021-02-08

I came in after my morning surf, and was greeted by some absolute babes. They had a great range of plant based salads, treats, smoothies and juices. The coffee was sublime. So glad I started my day right by visiting this shop. Will definitely be back for a team of babes and good food

My experience at Innerglow Kiosk was amazing! Welcomed and served by a beautiful team in such a gorgeous space! Such a great selection of plant based food, salads, cold pressed juice, smoothies and treats!! And the best coffee I’ve ever tasted! I highly recommend visiting this awesomeness cafe! I’ll definitely be there everyday!!

Just what the Central Coast needed! A beautiful little plant based locale offering seasonal plant based foods, beautifully presented local baked goods and treats and 100% locally sourced and cold pressed juices. Owner and operator Tira and team offer an exquisite product in a beautifully curated space nestled in one of NSW’s most visited beachside suburbs. This place is a feast for the tastebuds and a must see for plant based foods and the best cold pressed juices I have had. Well done, would recommend!
