Toji Sushi - Etobicoke

Hands-down the best sushi I’ve had in Toronto. The service is very hospitable and very caring. My personal favourite is anything unagi here. BBQ galbi and Beef Yaki udon are also very well done here. This is my go to place for sushi.

Happened to be in the area with the kids... excellent sushi...great service, we loved it and will be back if in the area. Try it, you will be disappointed <br/

The place might not look great from the outside with the parking lot with the huge pothole but when you open the door you'll be warmly greeted, sat down at a table and served tea.<br/ <br/ Oh and the sushi is great. I can strongly recommend this place.

This sushi restaurant, located in a strip mall near the airport, is exceptional. In fact, it's the best sushi I've had outside of Tokyo. The sushi here is expertly crafted, with delicious layers of flavor and just the right amount of rice. The menu offers a wide selection of sushi options, and the sashimi is incredibly fresh and generously portioned. It seems to be a family-run establishment, as the chef displays great skill in his creations. In addition to the main dishes, they also brought out miso soup, salad, and beautifully carved fruit. Our food was served on large plates, rather than individually, which was a nice touch. I will definitely return to this restaurant the next time I'm in town.

Despite this unusual experience, we did not let it overshadow our time at the restaurant. Based on the positive reviews we had read which had led us to try the place, we assumed this was just a one-off incident. We do plan on giving this restaurant another chance in the future.
