The Pie Commission - Etobicoke

This small restaurant is a great spot for picking up delicious pies to go. The crust on the pies is fantastic, with the beef and beer pie being my favorite. You can also purchase frozen, uncooked pies to bake at home later. All of the pies are made fresh on site.

Probably the best steak cheese pie I've ever had. I ordered it as a combo and had the fries. Fries were fresh cut style and pretty good. I tried the coleslaw I wouldn't order that again. The pie I selected was from the seasonal menu. The establishment is a to go style restaurant with outdoor seating. Even though my pie had a small piece of tin foil on the inside, I will definitely be back.

I WILL be back. I bought a few pies today -Braised Beef Rib (my favourite), butter chicken, banana chocolate with marshmallow whip and coconut. The flakiness, buttery-est crust. So very good. This just might be Etobicoke'a finest secret.

I love pies, so I decided to grab lunch and head back to the office to eat. I ordered the Beer Beef pie with fries and a Blueberry Cheesecake. The fries were decent, but the Beer Beef pie was delicious. The crust was incredibly crispy and the beef was well seasoned. I really enjoyed it. The Blueberry Cheesecake was also delicious. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. My only "complaint," if you can even call it that, is that the place is a bit hard to find.

Love the pies..They are delicious and the quality of ingredients shows, fresh cut fries are great too....I would give it a '5 ' if they had seating for lunch and maybe a few more sides to offer.
