Harvey's - Etobicoke

I ordered a beef burger, but it was not fresh and had a bad smell. When I asked if it was fresh, they admitted it was not and offered to make me a fresh one. However, even the new burger they brought me still smelled bad, so I exchanged it for a chicken Krispy sandwich. The employee who made the beef chicken burger seemed upset with me for not eating it and questioned my decision. I explained that when a supervisor instructs you to make a chicken Krispy sandwich, you should follow their orders. He was rude to me and even handled the sandwich without using gloves. I told him he was rude and suggested that if he was tired of working, he should go home instead of being rude to customers. This incident occurred at 8:45 pm on Friday, September 29, 2023.

I was trying to use a coupon that was given to me by Harvey’s. The guy took the order, then called the lady staff to key in the order, then they told me that the machine is not working from the morning to use gift cards and/or to redeem a coupon. Why did you took the order then? You guys should have informed me from the beginning that the machine is not working to begin with. I believe that coupons are given to attract costumers, you are misinformed of how it works.
