Amore Brick Oven Pizza - Estero

The name outside still says Amore but this is under new ownership and the food and hours are different. Don't go get the hours posted for this company. The new name is something like mama Mia despite all the outdoor signage staying the same-for now. Several of the people in my group did enjoy their meal, but they now use a creamy sauce instead of a traditional meat sauce which I didn't enjoy. The owner seems to think very highly of himself and their food- therefore I didn't say anything as the point would be moot.

My search for the best pizza brought me here after leaving the movie one rainy afternoon. I figure, what the heck... Had a slice of cheese and pepperoni... ehhhhh... greasy.... I hate having to add salt to my slice just to bring out the flavor. Service was bored and never came back to refill drink or ask how things are... I assume that is because they don't want to know, would rather play on their phones. Now I just walk passed this place and go home and pop in a frozen pizza.

Great Pizza from a local vendor. You know a pizza is good when even the crust is consumed. There are alternatives in the area.....I've tried both.....this is the Go to option hands down

Authentic Italian place, now called Mamma Anna. It is really good and I highly encourage everyone to try this place it is worth it!!! Sooooo good so good!!! People who own this place are extremely kind and super nice!

Amazing pizza! Quick service, friendly staff. Nice selection of other meal options if pizza isn't exactly what you're looking for. Will be back!
