Bidrage med feedbackI placed an online order that was not registered in their system. The district manager has not addressed the issue, despite multiple attempts over two months. Additionally, the building is frequently locked, forcing customers to use the drive-thru without prior knowledge. The food is delicious, but the restaurant requires better staff and management.
Like many other reviewers have commented, the lobby of the restaurant was closed when I arrived. I had to wait in a long line at the drive-thru that wrapped around the building. When I received my order, I noticed an item was missing. I attempted to get the attention of the staff by knocking on the door, but they completely ignored me and did not even glance in my direction. I had to call the restaurant to finally get them to pay attention and provide me with the missing food that I had paid for. The service at this establishment is absolutely terrible.
We waited in line at the Drive-thru for 45 minutes because the lobby was closed. When we finally received our order, we pulled over to check if everything was correct. Unfortunately, we were missing several items, not just one. We had to get back in line and wait to receive our missing items, but by then everything else had gotten cold. Overall, we were not impressed with our experience.
Just tried to get food . After waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive thru, got to the order speaker, was asked if id be using reward points, I said no and the person never came back on the speaker. A half hour. This place is a disaster.
Need to either get more people or close. Just went through the drive through and order our food. Had to go through again and still gave us two burgers that was not what we wanted. Ordered a baconator and they gave us a triple cheese half slammed together with burnt bacon.
