After suffering damage in the 1911 earthquake, the hotel lost its iconic dome but was meticulously rebuilt piece by piece. Today, the Triskala bar is a charming spot that serves French crepes made from black wheat flour for 2-3 euros each, oriental salads with Argan oil for three euros, and pasta dishes such as lasagna or fried rice for four euros. Drinks are priced at 1.50-2 euros, with a wide variety of vegetable juices available including garlic tomato onion, pumpkin, tomato pepper, mint cucumber, and fruit juices. This is a relaxing and refreshing place to visit at any time of the year.
