Rio Mar Cafe - Esposende

Stopped here to admire the view from the sun terrace and ordered 2 pasta dishes for lunch. The were both well cooked and presented. The carbonara was particularly good .

We were staying across the road at Hotel Suave Mar, and found this little corner cafe. The people running it are really friendly. The guy can speak some English. They do nice coffee, baguettes, toasted sandwiches, pies, assorted portuguese cakes, wine, port, soft drinks, etc and a dish of the day at great prices (half the price of the hotel). You can sit inside or outside, and it's across the road from the seafront, so you can watch the tide coming in/going out.
