They remember you by name and always are so genuine. They have really good food and service! They are located in Pojoaque and they have good quality food with reasonable prices and service with a smile . Locally owned .

The food is great but when employers Start mis-treating their employee and starts fireing because they were sick, that’s where I draw the line, if it were not for the employees this fast food joint would not be happening right now, I was a regular at barrio fries but Parasol is is just as good in fact more authentic, why would the employer want a sick person to go into work when sick, I don‘t want no moco’s on my food, just gos to show how desperate a employer is willing to go for a quick dollar, not caring about the public or employe’s! yuk! Kid-friendliness: No consideration !

I've only had the street tacos so far but they've been fantastic! Prices are mostly the same or fair in comparison to other local restaurants. The lady at the front has always been very courteous whenever I'm there and my order arrives quickly with everything I need to eat (condiments, napkins, forks, etc). The parking lot can be difficult to enter depending on traffic and direction of travel but it's definitely worth the effort if you want really good street tacos.

This a good spot to eat at. The food is good and customer service is excellent however for reasons I do not understand it this place is closed on the busiest days of the week like on weekends. It's like this place doesn't like to make money Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
