Ming Palace - Eskilstuna

Located in a central area of Eskilstuna, this restaurant has friendly waitstaff who can speak some English. They offer an English menu upon request and have a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The overall experience is similar to that of any typical Chinese restaurant, with average food quality. In comparison to Chinese restaurants globally, I would rate it 3.5 stars, but for Eskilstuna, it deserves 4 stars. If you're looking for standard Chinese food at a reasonable price, it's worth a visit.

Delicious food and great specials! I visited this restaurant on a Monday for lunch with my cousin, and despite having been there many times before, I decided to finally write a review. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating options available. On weekdays, they offer a special that includes white rice, an entree, and a dessert like fried banana with ice cream or plain ice cream. We tried the sweet and sour fried chicken filet and the chicken and shrimp with vegetables in brown sauce, both of which were delicious. For dessert, we had fried banana with ice cream - vanilla for my cousin and melon for me, which was absolutely delicious. The service was decent, a bit slow during the lunch rush, but very friendly. Overall, the service is usually great with super nice and attentive servers.

Ming has managed for a long time as they were the first in Eskilstuna with Asian food. For a long time there have been alternatives that are significantly better and above all taste better. The menu has not changed significantly in 30 years, with the exception of a few new dishes associated with the new owners. Ming is nice and the food is quite ok, but if you are looking for genuine Asian food, you should choose something else.
