Catering is something different especially if you aim at the Italian clientele which in Formentera, given the prices, rightly demands a lot! In the restaurants of the island with top service you spend like in Italy .. fish and first class service with an important bill. Here for a pizza you spend a lot to have a burnt pizza on top .. you eat it on placemats with a paper napkin. Ingredients far from a pizza to remember. Ambiance one star because empty restaurant and in Formentera is indicative enough. I'm sorry to be harsh .. but of a holiday in Formentera it was the only negative point. Kindness is not enough.
