Very clean location. The food was delicious and the service was fast. Made a great working lunch location!

I used to loooove Jason's Deli. It's was my favorite go to spot when I'm in Des Moines. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill. My food was bland, soup was cold, bread tasted stale/hard. I was incredibly disappointed and confused. I have no idea what happened my last visit, but it was like a complete 360 from the other times I've been here.

I was subjected to a bait-and-switch tactic on my last visit. I was asked to redeem a single-use digital promotion that I paid for in front of the staff before they would honor it, as expected, but then they refused to honor it for no reason.This is a yearly promotion that Jason's Deli voluntarily participates in and it costs money for customers to be part of this rewards program.Very disappointing and deceitful behavior from a business.

Ordered the muffaletta. There was a lot of ham and 1 thin slice of salami. Olive salad needed more tang.

Ordered take out. Had broccoli cheese soup, so yummy and turkey sandwich. It was delicious, too. My husband had aMuffaletta, it was also very good.
