Dunkin' - Erving

Way too slow took 5 min to order inside. When I finally ordered a coffee, I had to wait again for them to brew more because the coffee they were serving just a second ago was too old, and they didn't know how old.

Dumpster fire of a place, especially management. you have to wait 10min just to get anyone on the speaker at night because they’re too busy hanging out with their co workers at the store. Everyone there is on drugs and can barely speak. Save yourself a half hr wait and just go to greenfield. The drive is faster than their service.

Usually ok but if you ask for less ice they “leave room at the top” aka they don’t fill the cup. never been to a dunks that does that before ?‍

Girl at drive through was doing the fenty nod, took 8 minutes as the only person in line to get a lrg coffee and loaded hashbrowns, hashbrowns were cold and not loaded, didn't bother to try and go in there and wake her up to re do it.

The food here is beyond inconsistent. This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to and the staff is extremely rude other than the manager at this location. I just received the wrong order, no straws and when I did get my order it was soaking wet with grease, inedible and the girl running drive through was angry when we asked for straws… 1 star is generous honestly.
