Although they still make good sandwiches I’m disappointed that they only offer two types of bread now they used to offer rye and whole wheat/whole-grain, It will be nice if they offer, honey wheat at least Other complaint is that the chips are too salty that’s why I never ordered them because I’m not trying to have high blood pressure. That’s why I give them three stars because the sandwiches are still good. I’m sure Pizzas are still delicious, but only two bread choices. They have to do better.

Chaotic and unorganized; drive thru wait time is ridiculous and to top it off they gave me the wrong order so I had to go inside for the correct one. Sandwich was not hot and messy to eat

The sign on the door says they close at 8:00 PM! we arrived at 7:30 PM! The young man at the register told us that they were doing only take out orders since they close at 8:00! We have been eating here for a couple of years! Good food an service until tonight! We will not be going back! Sorry!

Walked in one of the employees hiding from cameras on his phone.. no other patrons inside. Floors and all but 3 tables cleaned..employee at the register was nice but ran right back to his phone.. nothing stocked up front with dirty counters

Can't beat Schlotsky's! I'm from Texas, and though I have to travel 45 minutes to get there, I'm so happy there's one here in North Carolina! It's a once a month trip, though, lol!
