Bidrage med feedbackDer Fisch stinkt bekanntlich am Kopf. Aber in diesem Betrieb ist es eine Medusa mit vielen Köpfen die ganz fürchterlich stinken.
Leider wenig Fachkompetenz auf Führungsebene vorhanden. Bei Fragen wird man zuerst 5x weitergeleitet und dann mit divergenten Aussagen „vertröstet“. Keine Strukturen wirkt alles sehr inkompetent!
Sehr modernes gut eingerichtetes Alterszentrum. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende im Restaurant und der Pflege.
