We stayed in the suite for 4 people. The suite is on two levels. The upper floor with the double bed is unreasonable at high temperatures. The air conditioning is only available in the lower area, so you really don't have any benefit upstairs. So avoid the suite when temperatures are high! Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

Everything was fine until the day of departure, but on the day of our departure, my 19-month-old baby was fully asleep and they said they would charge us for half an hour if we could stay an extra half hour. Their defense was to allow it until 2 o'clock. It was really shameful that they asked for half a day's money just because my child would sleep for maybe half an hour more. And just because of this, my baby was a victim and couldn't sleep. Also, the restaurant in front of the hotel is very clumsily managed. I have stayed in hotels in many cities and visited many cities. I have never seen a stingy like Kayseri. It was a very bad experience. I definitely do not recommend. Rooms: The air conditioner in your hotel room is broken, you set it to 26 degrees and you wake up freezing at night. Safety: In the children's playground, they fixed it with plastic clamps and all the ends are sharp. I didn't realize it either until I cut my baby's hand. Such a mistake is unacceptable in a children's playground. Also, children get up early, but we always turned on the air conditioner of the playground ourselves and it was always very hot and smelled very bad in the mornings.
