Silver Tree Cafe' - ERINA

My daughter and I enjoyed morning tea at the Silver Tree Cafe. It was lovely! Our teas were expertly brewed. I had a blueberry muffin that was loaded with blueberries! My daughter enjoyed the scones, although they were small, they were delicious and came with plenty of jam and cream.

Three people then turned and talked about us in a disrespectful manner. I approached them for a refund, but was told that they were re-making the meal and would not provide a refund, which I did not even request. When I attempted to film the interaction with the unfriendly cook who came over to intimidate us, he tried to physically take my phone from me. The situation could have been easily resolved with better customer service, rather than resorting to intimidation and illegal activities by the employees and managers of this cafe. While the other food and drinks were enjoyable, their unprofessional reaction to a simple meal return was unacceptable.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Silver Tree on Sunday morning. The café is very welcoming and located inside a shopping complex with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered a mini milkshake, tea, and coffee, all of which were very good. We also shared a burger and chips, as well as fabulous pancakes with maple syrup, which were all delicious. Although the service was a bit slow on Sunday morning, it was worth the wait. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this cozy café.

The chai tea on almond was not hot and no serviette available to wipe up the honey I spilt. T2 a bonus. The staff were friendly helpful but very limited choice of healthy food.
