Mcdonald's - Erie

Everyone here is extremely slow! the casser has no change and she cannot express any receipts. I would like to get on the website and give them an assessment. but as if I don't have a quit. the pop does not taste right and it is filthyfood: 1/5

Always have to wait regardless of it being a mobile pickup order. Staff usually seems miserable. My first job ever was fast food, so I get it. But at least fake the smile.

Worst kind of service. Cant make the orders right and the wait is ridiculously long. Employees think they need a raise to $15/hr????? Maybe if they treated their customers better and overall actually work for it

You can tell they had mopped recently but the floor was super slippery with that mop bucket film (the kind where it's not been cleaned out recently and dirty mop water is being used) in the bathroom. Kept sliding a bit when I ended inside. Food came out quickly (came in and carried out) and made correctly.Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. No need to explain this.Parking: Ample.Wheelchair accessibility: Fast food chains have to be accessible.

Drive thru was very slow! Even though I waited over 10 minutes to order and get my food, the fries were old. Disappointed with the drive thru service!
