Asia Drachen Phonix - Erfurt

I'm French, I lived in Vietnam for 12 years and moved to Erfurt two months ago. Love the city and a decent Vietnamese food also here. Asian Dragon Phoenix is one of them. A mixture of Asian and Vietnamese dishes for a great value. All you can eat with sushis and some Asian dishes is a good offer and the flavors brought me back to the American Asian flavor I found in California (sounding strange, but a good reference for European western continental Asian cuisine: not too spicy, flavors adapted to western taste ... definitely not bad overall. The owner and the staff are really nice and make this 1 year old venue a good place to meet and food value as good or better than their neighbours.

Hatte mir gebackenes Sushi,Tuna und Avocado Inside out und die Reispapierrolle zum mitnehmen bestellt,insgesamt unter 10€ und dafür wirklich unschlagbar.Es wurde frisch zubereitet und ging sehr schnell.Mit schmeckte nur der Dip zu der Sommerrolle nicht (zu Essig lastig für meinen Geschmack).Meiner Meinung sah das Buffet nicht sehr ansprechend aus und an sich wirkte das Restaurant nicht besonders stilvoll eingerichtet.Zum mitnehmen aber völlig ausreichend.

The "all you can eat" lunch with sushis and some Asian dishes is a good deal and the flavors took me back to the American / Asian taste I used to find in California (sounds weird but a good reference for European/Western/Continental Asian cuisine: not too spicy, flavors adjusted to western taste ... overall definitely not bad at all.The owner and staff are really nice and make this 1 year old venue a good place to hit and food + value as good or better than their neighbors.
