This place was our best discovery, after living for almost 3 months in yerevan. Taste perfection , atmosphere very comfortable and cozy, service excellent, treatment best one we got so far, price reasonable, portion more than fair. We would like to recommend everyone to visit this place when in yerevan, for enjoying the best Middle Eastern cuisine!!

The food is fresh and the prices are reasonable. Some dishes stand out as the best in town, while others could be improved. Give Sbas a try!

We had a great meal at this restaurant with a good selection of chicken, beef, and salad/hummus options at a reasonable price. We ordered the Beef Ichi Bir wrap, brain and tongue salad, lamb Ghouza, bean fool, bread, and drinks for a total of 10,120AMD. It was a quiet Tuesday evening, which may have been a bit too quiet for some looking for a lively atmosphere. The staff were not very outgoing but they were helpful and spoke English. Just be aware of the 10% service charge added to the bill.

This restaurant is amazing! The khashkhash was delicious and the Beef Shawerma was tasty. All the food is Halal, but they also serve alcohol (I think in Armenia, if you don't serve alcohol, you won't survive in the business). They could improve on the atmosphere and service...

The smaller portions you can ever see! Food is good but it's barely a bite for alot more compared to other restaurants.... seriously this shouldn't be the case when it comes to easter restaurants famous of its generosity...disappointed
