Costa Coffee - Epsom and Ewell

Costa this Epsom sĥop let's you down. The staff are curt and unhelpful. We could not find a clean settee or a clean table to set our tray dow, the floor is dirty and unswept.. We have to pay to park in Epsom but this is not worth a visit. This is our second visit with the same awful customer experience and we will take our business else where next time. Head office should really offer the manager some customer service training as this is absolutely unacceptable behaviour and is damaging the Costa brand.

Went into the coffee shop for the first time today made to feel extremely welcome by one of the staff members Samantha who was very professional and kindly provided extra cream on my coffee upon request. Will definitely be back soon, thanks guys.

Staff have a bad attitude.Asked why the hot chocolate didnt look like the picture and was told theres no cream or toppings. No effort to mebtion it when i ordered They really couldnt be bothered. Wil be spending my money elsewhere in future

Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Standard Costa fare as expected.

I am a regular guest at costa. And generally they are great places . The one in Epsom is literally the worst I have ever been in . The noise is in tolerable. They clatter and bang around with no consideration for the people trying to have a conversation. The staff are simply useless and literally always need help in preparing your drink and the place is frankly dirty. If this was what all Costa were like you would never go to one again. Awful
