Starbucks - Ephrata

I go to Starbucks a lot in different areas, but Ephrata is the best. My coffee / drinks are always great. I always leave a smile on my face that they make sure every day. The employee group always needs time to ensure that your order is correct and if you need anything else. I would recommend stopping at this point. Keep the big work!!

I never go in, always use the drive. I must say that this special branch definitely has something that others do not. My orders are always perfect. I never needed a drink back. The service is always great, and with a smile, besides the one barista who always has an attitude (but that's okay, I have no idea what kind of fights she can have)

I'll go to this place before I work every morning and order the same drink. They are always in place and since I order before I leave my house in the app, it is ready before I arrive so that I park, go, grab, and be on the way. Regular journey to work week. Rarely you have a problem whether I order by phone, drive-thru or personally. In the unlikely chance there is a mistake, they always make it right. The staff is always friendly. Drive-Thru employees usually have a good joke, a story or a happy demon when waiting for my order. Only on the bottom is the line of the drive-thru sometimes overflowing into the main street of the shopping center, but there is not much starbucks can do on their part in view of the location.
