Mcdonald's - Ephrata

Drink was perfect but they messed my order completely up and then responded with an attitude when asled to correct it.

11:00 a.m. we ordered lunch, they gave me a wrong soda and completely forgot the happy meal and soda. The big Mac bun broke all apart after 2 bites. Definitely not a fresh hamburger bun at the start of serving lunch. The server was friendly and apologetic, I appreciated that!

I specifically ask for fresh fries and fresh burgers the response I got was the burgers are always fresh NOT I got home and realised all they did was throw the burgers on the grill quick to warm them up

Drive through French fries were cold, no carrier for 4 sundaes, lids came off when handed to me, caramel melted the ice cream. I had caramel and ice cream all over my hands and my seats, l had a small container and put them in that and set them on thefloor. I felt like throwing them right threw the window back at them. I didn't. When I got home l put them in the freezer tillwe ate our cold fries and luke warm fish sandwichs. We started to eat our sundaes and they tasted bad. So we threw them away. Igave this place 1 star which I wouldn't have given it that but, this site wouldn't let me comment unless I gave it a rating.

They are still serving the french fries that are not quality/fresh anymore! Fries is stale, if there?s a long line in drive thru it should be freshly cook!! I didn?t enjoy it!! And the burger is cold!!! They should have quality of food like wendy?s!????????
