Subway - Ephraim

We showed up 20 minutes before closing, and they had already locked the doors and refused to service the drive-through. We knocked on the window, and they absolutely REFUSED to give service. They literally shook their heads at is saying they would not help us.

I wish the sandwich was like the one they show on TV. Not even close.....

Nice small town Subway. Well staffed and efficient.

We loved the food. It's nice to have a different option than hamburgers or other food full of greece.

Amon was super helpful, they didn 't have the cookies I was wanting but he remembered that there were prepared double chunk in the back. To go through the extra effort when he could 've just said Sorry, we 're out of that right now. I thought was very kind of him. I appreciate the small extra effort he exerted to help make the customer happy, shows dedication to the brand by making the consumer happy by offering alternatives.
